The GRIP Idle Management System was developed in 2009 to reduce fleet fuel consumption, harmful emissions, and vehicle maintenance costs.
The GRIP Idle Management System, developed in 2009, is a response to a growing number of customer requests to reduce fuel consumption and harmful emissions. On its third rendition, the new GRIP system has been developed to respond to new vehicle technologies, providing a more flexible, adaptable product. The GRIP System collects vital data unavailable through typical vehicle operation and telematics. The information recorded has never been recognized in fleet utilization studies, including the amount of idling is contributing to keeping the operator’s safe and in a comfortable, climatized environment — all of which transfer into real costs.
Unmatched in its ease of use for operators, product support, and advanced technologies that work seamlessly with everyday vehicles, the GRIP Idle Management System is a market leader, setting the standard for idle management technology. We are proud to be working partners with world-class equipment manufacturers and technology providers, who also recognize the quality and advanced technology of the GRIP System. As a company, we’re proud to develop, produce and support products that provide a positive impact on our planet and reduce our reliance on fossil fuels. Our people are passionate about our products, which motivates us to improve continually, sharing idle reduction success with our loyal, beloved customers.
